We are a training practice for the Southwest General Practice Training Programme. Therefore, a registrar in general practice will be working at the practice also, seeing patients. These doctors change each 12 months. They have previously spent some years working in hospital posts and are now specialising in General Practice.

It is in all of our interests to have sufficiently well trained GP's and therefore we ask that you allow these doctors to see you and treat you as would any other doctor.

Medical students from U.C.C. Cork and University of Limerick and RCSI Dublin often spend time in the practice, again furthering their exposure to General Practice. You may of course ask for a student not to be present when the doctor is seeing you.
